You will play a vital role in major incident recovery, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts, working closely with senior engineers and domain teams across application, infrastructure, and cloud platforms to deliver reliable, resilient systems.

• Experience in production support, operations, NOC, SRE, Dev Ops, or application support roles
• Proficiency in analyzing logs, metrics, and alerts for incident diagnosis
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused during high‑pressure incidents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with observability tools (APM, logging platforms, metrics dashboards)
• Scripting or development experience (Power Shell, Python, Bash, etc.)
• Knowledge of application, infrastructure, and cloud environments
• Experience creating and maintaining runbooks and SOPs
• Understanding of fault analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) techniques

• Hands‑on experience in production support, SRE, or similar operational roles
• Knowledge of application and cloud environments, with exposure to diagnostics and observability tools

• Ability to work effectively across teams and time zones
• Commitment to learning and applying reliability principles through ongoing training and knowledge sharing
• Willingness to take on increased responsibility over time
