IT Identity & Access Management Administrator

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a IT Identity & Access Management Administrator. The Identity and Access Administrator is a key component to the Sunbelt Rentals Identity and Access Management System (IAM). The function of this role is to provision access to Sunbelt Systems including (but not exclusive to) active directory, email, Microsoft CRM, Sunbelt Intranet, and Wynne.

This role requires critical thinking skills, consistency, and above all, a strict attention to detail.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for provisioning and deprovisioning Sunbelt users to Sunbelt applications and systems
• Complete MACDs for the Sunbelt user provisioning and deprovisioning process following Sunbelt guidelines
• Communicate with users and managers for all identity and access needs
• Document all MACDs and communication using the Sunbelt Rentals ITSM
• Follow Sunbelt security and access policies for approvals for access

Requirements:

• Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities:
• 2+ years professional experience with Active Directory, exchange mailbox provisioning, as400, or other access systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy in job execution
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal customer service and communication skills
• Preferred Microsoft Certified Professional
• Physical Demands:
  Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt's safety policies and guidelines.

Base Pay Range: $24.05 - 33.06

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
