To consolidate service specific data for analysis; to participate in SLA compliance review; to comply with the service delivery plan; to comply with service continuity and capacity management plan, service level management and reporting; to meet information security compliance; to comply with IT asset management policy; to participate in audits to ensure smooth functioning of the assigned IT service to facilitate organization and department level initiatives IN ORDER TO ensure that customers are provided with efficient IT Service Support WITHIN the prescribed guidelines
