Job Overview

We are seeking a senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a purely Agile EPMO operating within a highly complex and fast-moving technology organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, track, and communicate critical paths, blockers, and impacts to delivery timelines.
  • Build and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, and dependency mappings.
  • Provide waterfall‑style Gantt charting when Agile alone is insufficient, while operating within Agile processes that still require waterfall discipline.
  • Support and initially manage JIRA tickets spanning routine and ad hoc maintenance; guide teams on effective JIRA hygiene, ticket structuring, and prioritization.
  • Lead projects, drive communication, and act as the go‑to point for project delivery.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience with Waterfall methodology and agile environments that require waterfall discipline.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience working in cybersecurity organizations; technical acumen preferred.
  • Background in financial services or regulatory industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, driver mindset, and excellent communication.

Job Details

Contract to Hire position based in Fort Mill, SC; hybrid workplace.

Pay range: $70.00 - $76.00/hr.
