Salary Range: $180K - $210K + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, IT – DC Systems to lead the technology strategy, delivery, and operational excellence for enterprise retail supply chain and distribution center systems. This executive leader will drive digital transformation across warehouse operations, application development, system architecture, infrastructure, and enterprise technology initiatives supporting end-to-end supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading large IT organizations within retail, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments, with a proven history of delivering large-scale technology programs, modernizing warehouse systems, and partnering with executive leadership to drive business outcomes.

• Develop and execute the long-term technology roadmap for Distribution Center (DC) and Supply Chain systems.
• Lead multiple IT managers, architects, engineers, analysts, and third-party vendors.
• Partner with Supply Chain executives to align technology strategy with business objectives.
• Oversee implementation and support of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain applications.
• Manage large enterprise technology programs from planning through production support.
• Establish SDLC, Agile, Dev Ops, governance, and delivery best practices.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of mission-critical supply chain systems.
• Drive operational excellence through SLA management, incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, resource planning, and organizational development.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies including AI, automation, robotics, predictive analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of IT experience.
• 10+ years leading large enterprise technology organizations.
• Extensive experience supporting Retail Supply Chain and Distribution Center operations.
• Strong background managing enterprise application delivery and technology transformation.
• Experience leading managers, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Dev Ops, SDLC, governance, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar IT programs and budgets.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
