Technical PM (With Scrum Master Exp)
Location:
Fort Mill, SC
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Program Management:
Drive and oversee end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of BFS programs—including integration, development, deployment, maintenance, and operations—across fixed-price and managed service engagements. - P&L management, Driving strategic objectives, optimal resource utilization, and delivery of business value.
- This role involves managing governance processes, prioritization, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Governance & Process Compliance:
Ensure programs adhere to CMMi Level 5 standards, SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and BFS-specific regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR). - Lead audits, change advisory boards, and ensure process discipline.
- Solutioning & Estimation:
Own technical solution crafting and estimation during proposal/bid stages, collaborating with pre-sales, architecture, and finance teams for accurate scoping and profitable deals - Team Leadership & Delivery Execution:
Lead multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams—onshore and offshore—including internal staff and contractors. Facilitate coordination across engineering, QA, Dev Ops, infrastructure, and third-party vendors. - Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, executives, and internal teams. - Present delivery status, handle escalations, and drive decisions via steering committees and executive reviews.
- Risk, Quality & Compliance Oversight:
Pro actively identify and mitigate technical, operational, and regulatory risks. Establish SLAs and track compliance with BFS standards. Ensure audit-ready processes and quality deliverables. - Performance Improvement &
Coaching:
Embed continuous improvement across delivery practices, team health, and productivity. Mentor senior PMs and technical leads; provide frameworks and tools for scalable execution.
Required Experience & Qualifications •
Education:
Bachelor's (Engineering, Computer Science, or related), with MBA as a plus.
Experience:
15–20+ years in IT delivery within BFS domain, managing complex, large-scale software programs, integrating services, and contractual models.
Domain Expertise:
Deep knowledge of BFS systems (payments, core banking, trading), regulatory landscapes, and BFS software lifecycle.
Delivery & Governance:
Proven track record in CMMi5, Agile/Waterfall, Dev Ops automation, SLA management, and compliance controls.
