Project Management

Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects. Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to apply Agile principles to product development.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex business concepts to technical stakeholders. Comfortable presenting to and interacting with stakeholders, executive leadership.

Possession of a recognized Product Manager certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner) demonstrating a solid understanding of product management principles.

Knowledge of Sales / Service Cloud

Requirements Gathering and Prioritization

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for CLM features and enhancements. Conduct user interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand user needs.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, QA, and UX/UI designers, to ensure successful implementation of CLM solutions. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure an optimal user experience for CLM users. Provide input on the design and usability of CLM features.

Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors providing CLM-related tools or services. Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment with product goals.
