Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ Years of Hands‑on Experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll Module as Functional Consultant/Techno‑Functional Consultant
- Solid technical understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, data model and Multi‑Org concepts
- 3 End to End Projects Implementation experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll module
- Ability to drive projects independently and work with Business Stakeholders
- Hands‑on experience with Fast Formulas and Costing
- Hands‑on experience with HCM Data Loaders, HCM Extracts and OTBI Reports
- Hands‑on experience in US Taxation and year end issues
- Implementation experience on Payroll Conversions, configurations, Mid‑Year Balance migrations
- Hands‑on Experience working in ADP Reporting and Integration issues
- Adhere to the processes and adapt the changes set by the Organization
- Experience in cross modules like Core HR, Benefits and Absences is preferred
- Experience on working end to end test cases for Payroll Module
- Oracle Applications development experience, including Reports, Customization, Interfaces and Extensions
