Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated Dev Ops Engineer with strong experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Kubernetes
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in modern Dev Ops practices and be passionate about automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to work with modern engineering practices, including Site Reliability Engineering (SRE),
Launch Darkly feature management
, observability, and cloud-native technologies. While prior experience with Launch Darkly is preferred, candidates with a strong Dev Ops background and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard Dev Ops tools.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
- Monitor production environments and improve system reliability, performance, and availability.
- Partner with development teams to streamline software deployment and release processes.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues in production environments.
- Implement security best practices across cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Support SRE initiatives by improving monitoring, alerting, incident response, and system resilience.
- Learn and adopt Launch Darkly for feature flag management and progressive application releases.
- Participate in on-call support and production incident management when required.
- 8+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, ECS/EKS, Cloud Watch, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting (Bash/Python).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Cloud Watch, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
- Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices.
- Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices.
- Experience with Launch Darkly or willingness to learn feature flag management.
- Experience with ArgoCD or Git Ops practices.
- Knowledge of observability platforms and application performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience supporting highly available, production-critical applications.
- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Dev Ops Engineer, or Sys Ops Administrator).
- Experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management domains.
- Experience implementing automation for cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows.
