IAM Tech Lead / Forge Rock Lead
We are seeking an experienced IAM Tech Lead / Forge Rock Lead to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions using the Forge Rock platform. The candidate will lead architecture, development, integration, and operational activities while working closely with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams. The role requires strong technical expertise in Forge Rock products, authentication and authorization mechanisms, identity lifecycle management, and modern security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Lead end-to-end Forge Rock IAM solution design, implementation, migration, and support activities.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to IAM engineers and developers.
- Define IAM architecture and security best practices aligned with enterprise standards.
- Review solution designs, code, and deployment strategies.
- Forge Rock Implementation
- Configure and administer:
- Forge Rock Access Management (AM)
- Forge Rock Identity Management (IDM)
- Forge Rock Directory Services (DS)
- Forge Rock Identity Gateway (IG)
- Design authentication journeys, trees, and nodes.
- Implement adaptive and risk-based authentication solutions.
- Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Integration & Security
- Integrate applications using:
- SAML 2.0
- OAuth 2.0
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- LDAP
- REST APIs
- Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
- Develop custom connectors, workflows, and APIs as needed.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- IAM Operations & Support
- Lead production support and incident management activities.
- Perform root cause analysis for authentication and authorization issues.
- Manage platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Ensure platform availability, scalability, and resilience.
- Stakeholder Management
- Work with business users, architects, product owners, and security teams.
- Participate in client discussions, technical workshops, and solution presentations.
- Prepare technical documentation, design artifacts, and operational runbooks.
