Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams. You will translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, support solution design, and ensure delivery aligns with both functional needs and technical feasibility.

• Work with Product Owners, SMEs, and end-users to gather business & system requirements
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact analysis for new features/changes
• Document BRDs, FRDs, User Stories with acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence
• Partner with Architects/Developers to convert business needs into API specs, data mappings, system flows
• Understand databases, APIs, system integrations, and cloud services to validate solutions
• Write SQL queries to analyze data, validate requirements, and support UAT
• Maintain traceability matrix linking requirements→ design→ test cases
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release documentation
  
  Stakeholder & Delivery Support
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and sign-offs with business & tech teams
• Clarify requirements during development/testing and manage change requests
• Support UAT, production validation, and post-go-live issue triage

• Domain + Tech: 4+ yrs as BA in IT projects with strong SDLC/Agile/Scrum exposure
• Technical: SQL proficiency, API basics (REST/JSON), understanding of system architecture
• Tools:
  Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, Excel, Postman/Swagger for API review
• Analysis:
  Data mapping, process modeling, root cause analysis, requirements traceability
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving

• Experience with Cloud (Azure/AWS), Microservices, or specific domains like BFSI, Healthcare, Retail
• Knowledge of automation, Dev Ops pipelines, or CI/CD concepts
  - Certifications:
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or CSPOQualifications

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
