Your Key Responsibilities- Coordinate a team of intra‑logistics operators or workers to ensure adequately receiving, storing, commissioning and dispatching all sorts of materials/goods/products for organization unit assigned.
- Implement defined processes and standards for assigned areas of plant.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to defined standards and processes.
- Carry out adequate staffing, organize and coordinate daily intra‑logistics operations for an assigned area and solve daily issues.
- Collect, evaluate and report needs for repair, maintenance or replacement of warehouse/ material handling equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to manage material flow and storage efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of production processes, measurement & inspection procedures, production planning & control
- Good knowledge of MS‑Office and SAP
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
