Job Description
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The role is to manage complex logistics projects including warehouse relocations, warehouse closures, new warehouse launches, and tender/RFP processes. Ensure project schedules, budgets, scope, and deliverables are achieved while maintaining operational continuity and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage logistics projects including warehouse relocations, closures, consolidations, and new warehouse implementations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and operational readiness.
- Manage tender/RFP processes including vendor selection, contract evaluation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor project scope, milestones, deliverables, manage and mitigate risks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure operational continuity and minimal disruption during warehouse transitions and implementations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and external partners to support project objectives and develop change management activities to support operational transition.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations, logistics processes, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and present project status updates, reports, and performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and operational handover processes.

QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related degree
- 5+years of experience in Supply Chain (Logistics, Production Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management,etc.)
- Strong demonstrated Project Management capability with experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Solid presentation & communication skills
- Willing to travel when needed
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Continental is able to offer visa support and for internal candidates or for those individuals who already hold existing valid employment visas
ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT
- Project Management certification (MPM, Prince2, or equivalent).
- Experience in multinational, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or distribution environments
- 7+years of experience in Supply Chain (Logistics, Production Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management,etc.)
- Masters Degree
