Product Line Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Product Line Manager in Fort Mill, SC. This individual will help manage the full lifecycle of rental equipment fleet, including acquisition strategy, supplier management, lifecycle planning, maintenance support, utilization optimization, and asset disposition. The ideal candidate will have experience managing capital equipment, fleet assets, construction equipment categories, or supplier relationships and will possess strong analytical skills related to total cost of ownership and equipment profitability.

** We have a Sr. Manager role as well but will require experience managing Power and HVAC equipment specifically***

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of product lifecycle management, fleet management, category management, asset management, or related experience
• Experience managing capital equipment or construction equipment assets
• Strong analytical skills with experience performing cost analysis and total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluations
• Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendor relationships
• Ability to support contract negotiations and supplier management initiatives
• Experience developing equipment purchase, utilization, and disposal strategies
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to present findings to leadership
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives

• Construction equipment rental industry experience
• Experience with fleet strategy or fleet optimization programs
• Equipment manufacturer background (CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, JLG, Genie, John Deere, etc.)
• Experience with equipment lifecycle planning and resale/disposal strategies
