Shift: 1st Shift: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Mon - Thurs); 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Mon-Thurs); 3rd Shift: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Thurs-Sun); 4th Shift: 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Thurs-Sun)

To Get The Job You Need:- High school diploma or GED - trade training helps too
- 5+ years of experience running machines with high-volume, repetitive manufacturing equipment.
- Mechanical skills and quick fixes in your toolkit
- Quality-focused with an eye for detail
- Experience working with high-voltage equipment (480V).
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
- Strong enough for lifting (up to 50 pounds) and long shifts
- Safety-conscious and solid with the team
- Must be flexible on work schedule.
- Power up, set up, and run machines during your shift
- Troubleshoot problems as they pop up
- Perform quality checks on products and parts
- Do routine adjustments and small repairs
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Serve as back up for the Production Lead
- Train and mentor employees on proper methods of equipment operation
- Stay safe and keep production goals on target
