Overview
Collaborate with the product development team to facilitate seamless execution of product development initiatives, including but not limited to market analysis, sampling coordination, and adherence to production sampling schedules. Additionally, provide essential day‑to‑day support to ensure the efficiency and cohesion of the team’s operation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the inspection and tracking of inbound and outbound sample shipments ensuring timely approval from cross functional teams.
- Collaborate in the development of prototypes (product and packaging) and factory samples.
- Aid in the production of customer presentation and collateral, while coordinating with the creative department for marketing materials including brochures, product introductions and online requirements for our customers.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive line list and all pertinent details for product lines and customer specific initiatives.
- Curate and manage a repository of competitive samples.
- Oversee the maintenance of samples and products, while conducting market research and in‑store assessments.
- Oversee daily administrative operations to optimize organizational efficiency.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or Merchandising or equivalent level of on‑the‑job experience.
- Preferable prior work experience in Product Development, Product Management or Production.
- Exceptional organizational skills, and detail‑oriented.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can multitask.
- Experience in overseas production and manufacturing is beneficial.
- Product knowledge in the following categories is helpful:
- Gift Packaging
- Party Tableware
- Must be proficient in all key MS applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
