To Get The Job You Need:

• High school diploma or GED - trade training helps too
• 5+ years of experience running machines with high-volume, repetitive manufacturing equipment.
• Mechanical skills and quick fixes in your toolkit
• Quality-focused with an eye for detail
• Experience working with high-voltage equipment (480V).
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
• Strong enough for lifting (up to 50 pounds) and long shifts
• Safety-conscious and solid with the team
• Must be flexible on work schedule.

How You'll Spend Your Shift

• Power up, set up, and run machines during your shift
• Troubleshoot problems as they pop up
• Perform quality checks on products and parts
• Do routine adjustments and small repairs
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Serve as back up for the Production Lead
• Train and mentor employees on proper methods of equipment operation
• Stay safe and keep production goals on target
