Shift: 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM-4:00 AM ( Mon - Thurs)
3rd Shift: 4:00 AM-2:00 PM (Thurs - Sun)
3rd Shift: 6:00 AM-4:00 PM (Thurs - Sun)

Staffmark, in partnership with Shutterfly, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment. The Manufacturing Technician works closely with production and quality teams to maintain consistent output and reliable performance.

This is what it takes to work for us.

• Able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., mobility to crouch, kneel, reach, bend, and do repetitive actions with hands and arms.
• High school or vocational/technical school diploma or certificate.
• 5 Years of experience as a technician or equivalent experience performing maintenance on high voltage equipment.
• Experience working with high-voltage equipment (480V).
• Has a general understanding of some or all the following:
  Pneumatics, Mechanical, PLC, ACDC Drives, Multimeter basics, Basic Electricity and Electronics, Power Supplies, Motors, Arc Flash.
• Must be flexible on work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards, reporting any issues or defects and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Understand department production processes and productivity standards, and support adherence
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate unresolved issues to minimize equipment downtime.
• Optimize equipment performance, including preventative maintenance as required.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
