Owens Corning is seeking a Shipping Team Lead to support the Shipping/Receiving operations and Production Scheduling. You will lead on the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 11:00pm-7:30am), coach operators, ensure KPI attainment, and maintain safety and housekeeping on the production floor.
Responsibilities include assigning daily work, training evaluations, and communicating Tier meeting outcomes. Requires 5+ years in manufacturing and leadership experience; overtime may be required.
