Operator III – FM– 2nd Shift

• Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information
• Check production status within and between each production sequence and take action in case of deviations
• Perform operations while controlling machine and production processes and follow documented procedures and processes
• Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects, discard defective parts, and follow proper protocol
• Support maintenance in machine repair, downtime prevention, and machine inspections
• Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to write clear communication in English
• Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Good visual acuity
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Experience working with power tools (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in operating complex machinery and performing production processes while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Proficient in interpreting blueprints and communicating effectively in English.
