Responsible for delivering person‑centered care based on the needs and interests of residents and members while preserving their dignity and quality of life.

• Performs professional and restorative nursing services including resident assessments, recording vital signs, administering medications and treatments.
• Keeps timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring quality care.
• Interacts with the resident’s physician, pharmacist, and medical personnel as needed.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living as outlined in the Resident Care Plan including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
• Participates in and attends all required in‑service training and education sessions as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Very active; frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing.
• Required to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs. and push up to 250 lbs. independently.
• Requires proper body mechanics to assist residents.
• Regularly requires long hours and frequent night and weekend work.

No travel expected, but occasional travel may be required for training sessions, continuing education opportunities, emergency situations, and other company functions.

• Four‑year college or university degree desired.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
• Two years’ experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards.
• Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment.
• Ability to understand and follow directions as given.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Registered Nurse

Full‑time days 7a-7p and full‑time nights 7p-7a. Must be available to work every other weekend. $3,000 Sign on Bonus.
