RN - Telemetry

Fort Mill, SC

Contract | Days | Onsite

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to identify and respond to changes in patient condition
• Supervise and delegate appropriate care to supporting clinical staff
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered at the unit level
• Support nursing leadership in maintaining clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in Telemetry or Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing
• Ability to assess and manage patients requiring cardiac monitoring
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate to clinical staff

• Prior experience in a telemetry or step-down unit setting
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards in an acute care environment
