Registered Nurse; RN; Administrative

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) Administrative serves as the on-site administrative representative during their shift, managing and coordinating Patient Care Services to align with organizational policies and objectives.

• Serving as a clinical and management resource, overseeing patient throughput, bed availability, room assignments, and communication with multidisciplinary departments.
• Gathering and entering data into computer systems for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintaining effective communication with patients, staff, medical personnel, and visitors to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
• Responding to emergencies, coordinating nursing and administrative functions during incidents such as fires or disasters.
• Evaluating patient care quality through rounds, interviews, and compliance monitoring.
• Participating in managerial decisions, committee work, and developing division goals and budgets.

• Associate degree or diploma in nursing;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years' professional nursing experience, with two years in a supervisory role in an acute care setting preferred.
• Valid Multi-State RN License; must obtain license from the resident state if holding a license from another Compact state within 30 days.
• Current American Heart Association BLS CPR certification; ACLS and CPI required within orientation period.
