In 1989, Wikoff’s first continual improvement department was established, adopting a Total Quality Management approach. Over the years, the department has matured and expanded its vision to include not only oversight of the quality management system, but also training programs and employee safety while adopting other improvement methodologies such as lean and six sigma.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality work in compliance with all Wikoff documented policies and procedures.
- Conduct contract review by receiving and reviewing Purchase Orders.
- Process Purchase Orders in the ERP system in accordance with written procedures.
- Provide timely feedback on product availability, lead times, and shipment dates.
- Review and recommend improvements to written procedures for process optimization.
- Maintain Customer Requirement Files.
- Maintain and file order-related documentation.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ensure all order entry processes—including revisions—are followed accurately.
- Process daily departmental reports.
- Manage contract review for order changes, including amendments and cancellations.
- Ensure the Concession Process is followed for applicable orders.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and cross‑functional departments.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate well with others.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Professional demeanor with high integrity.
- General math competency.
- Ability to follow written procedures and policies consistently.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Working Conditions:
- Work performed in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Effort/Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
