Co-op – Engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide project descriptions during onboarding process.
• Define and document process parameters.
• Support design efforts for product development.
• Quantify and lead actions needed for scrap reduction.
• Work independently and remain open to instruction.
• Take developmental opportunities through exposure to manufacturing and technological processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be pursuing an academic degree.
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Extremely self‑motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Assertive approach to solving problems.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, and lift and move thirty pounds.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
