Hourly Wage: $15 – $28 per hour

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be included. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Stocking associates are responsible for unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend most of their time in the backroom and must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds. The role may also involve operating heavy machinery such as forklifts, when required.
