We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Management team. No prior fireworks experience is required—comprehensive training is provided.

What you’ll do:

* Open and close the store, ensuring security and proper cash handling
* Assist the management team with daily store operations
* Handle cash, deposits, and bank procedures accurately
* Oversee, lead, and support store staff
* Assist and address customer concerns professionally
* Monitor inventory on the sales floor and ensure products are properly stocked
* Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards
* Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned## Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications:

* 2–3 years of retail experience
* Experience managing staff and cash control procedures
* Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak hours
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred)
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
* Reliable transportation required
* Must be able to pass a credit and criminal background check
