Retail Store Manager

Music and Arts seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead Store 4208. You will oversee daily operations, staff, sales, inventory, and customer service in a student-focused environment. Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance for sales and lesson staff while driving revenue from instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. Ensure accurate merchandising, inventory, and cash handling. Partner with educators and school service reps to support local music programs, promote lessons, and deliver exceptional service aligned with our mission of advancing music education.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, opening/closing and cash management
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach sales and lesson staff
• Drive sales of instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons to meet targets
• Maintain accurate inventory, merchandising, and store presentation
• Ensure outstanding customer service to students, parents, and educators
• Partner with school service reps to support local music programs
• Monitor KPIs, prepare basic sales reports, and execute company programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and loss prevention
