Merchandiser, Retail

SAS Retail Services is hiring Merchandisers to execute in-store merchandising for leading retailers and CPG brands. In this field-based role, you'll implement planograms, complete resets, new store sets, and audits, and ensure shelves are stocked, priced, and signed correctly to drive sales. Working in the Sales & Business Development department, you'll build strong relationships with store staff, report project results, and maintain safe, organized work areas.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain planograms and modular layouts for assigned categories
• Perform resets, new store sets, and project-based merchandising tasks
• Stock, front, and rotate products to ensure on-shelf availability
• Verify pricing, signage, and labels for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct basic in-store audits and submit timely, accurate reports via mobile tools
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel and managers
• Follow all company and retailer safety, cleanliness, and dress code standards
• Use handheld devices or apps to capture photos, data, and completion notes
• Travel between assigned stores within the territory as scheduled
• Communicate issues, opportunities, and competitive activity to supervisors
