This is a sales role, and it is ideal for those who are confident in their ability to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities- Meet membership sales goals:
Sell monthly memberships to help the spa thrive. - Manage front desk:
Answer phones and schedule appointments. - Recommend and sell spa services:
Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and communicate its value to clients. Don’t worry - we’ll train you on our services! - Provide excellent customer service:
Deliver a friendly and welcoming environment for guests and members. - Bring a positive attitude:
Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment. - Maintain cleanliness standards:
Ensure the spa is pristine and welcoming.

- Experience working in a sales, retail, or fitness environment (preferred)
- Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
