Site Security Officer – On‑Site (3rd Shift)

Location:

Fort Mill, SC, United States

• Direct visitors and control site access across various entry posts.
• Monitor CCTV, security and fire suppression systems.
• Patrol and secure areas inside and outside the facility.
• Document security and safety incidents.
• Administer first aid and act as first responder to crisis situations.
• Respond quickly on foot to locations throughout the facility.
• Assist with CTPAT compliance if applicable.

• High school diploma or higher.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or military (desired but not required).
• C‑TPAT and/or regulatory compliance experience is a plus.
• Physical fitness and proficiency in a martial art and/or other defensive skill desirable.
• CPR/AED/First Aid training.
• Effective oral and written communication, issue resolution, negotiation, motivation, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Ability to deal with obstacles and partner with leadership to identify and resolve problems.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen required.
• Must be able to pass state‑required training or other licensing qualifications.

Annual range: $33,400.00 – $53,700.00.
