Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial work areas, facility entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and document incidents in accordance with site requirements;
Support a professional work environment by communicating clearly with employees, visitors, contractors, and emergency responders as needed
