Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entrances, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations to site leadership and/or the appropriate personnel.;
Document patrol findings, incidents, and shift activities accurately and communicate relevant information to incoming personnel.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
