Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at an automotive manufacturing or operations location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns;
Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized entry attempts or access-control issues according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed;
Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements
