As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and document security-related activities.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, office spaces, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or hazards.

+ Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and helping to deter unauthorized access.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.

+ Prepare clear, accurate reports and logs related to patrols, incidents, access activity, and security-related observations.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
