Right Guys Heating & Air is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Fort Mill, SC! This is your chance to take the lead on exciting residential and commercial installations while working alongside a crew that takes pride in doing the job right. 10K Sign on Bonus Available based on experience.
- Lead and oversee full HVAC system installations, including split systems, heat pumps, and air handlers
- Direct and mentor installation crew members to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment specifications
- Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specs, and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers and dispatchers to meet job schedules and deadlines
- Perform quality control checks on completed installations before sign-off
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness throughout each project
- 5+ years of hands‑on HVAC installation experience required
- Prior lead or supervisory experience on installation crews preferred
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to read blueprints, load calculations, and equipment manuals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and a team‑first attitude
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
