Entry-Level Cable Technician - Launch In Trade

• Install cable trays and build server racks
• Pull cable and fiber throughout massive data center spaces
• Learn to punch down and terminate fiber connections
• Route and dress cables using fish tape, J-hooks, D-rings, and more
• Perform grounding, fire-stopping, and low‑voltage terminations
• Follow blueprints and complete documentation with precision
• Support technicians and team leads on large‑scale infrastructure projects

• Telecom color codes and termination techniques
• Blueprint reading and construction best practices
• Data center buildout processes from start to finish
• Industry safety and quality standards

• Experience with hand tools and basic construction tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Punctuality, teamwork, and a willingness to learn
• Comfort working at heights and in active construction zones

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
