Job Overview

As an Engineer II – Full Stack, you will build and maintain sustainable, scalable products and capabilities that support LPL’s advisor onboarding platform. This role partners closely with architecture, product, QA, and Dev Ops teams to design and deliver high-quality applications using modern engineering practices and cloud-based technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Design technical solutions in collaboration with architects, developers, and technology leads.
  • Partner with Product Management and Business Analysts for requirements analysis and documentation.
  • Collaborate with QA and Dev Ops teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Develop and maintain applications using Angular, .NET Core, C#, AWS, REST APIs, microservices, Postgre

    SQL, and messaging technologies.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Perform root cause analysis for complex issues and recommend short-term and long-term solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of full-stack development experience using .NET Core and Angular or React.
  • 2+ years of experience designing applications and building web services (REST/Graph

    QL).
  • 1+ year of experience developing and deploying solutions in AWS cloud environments.
Core Competencies
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities applied to software development challenges.
Preferences
  • Experience with cloud-native development and microservices architectures.
  • Experience building responsive and reactive user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
  • Exposure to monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
Pay Range

$42.40-$70.67/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
