Description: We are looking for a KSQL / Flink Developer to design, build, and maintain real-time streaming applications using KSQL (ksql

DB) and Apache Flink. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in stream processing, event-driven architectures, and building scalable data pipelines for real-time analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop real-time streaming solutions using ksql
  
  DB and Apache Flink
• Create and optimize KSQL streams and tables for event processing and analytics
• Develop Flink jobs for stateful and stateless stream processing
• Integrate Kafka topics with downstream systems using streaming pipelines
• Ensure low-latency, high-throughput, and fault-tolerant streaming applications
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune streaming jobs in production environments
• Collaborate with data engineers, platform teams, and application teams
• Implement data quality checks, schema management, and governance standards
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and documentation

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Kafka, ksql
  
  DB (KSQL), and Apache Flink
• Proficiency in Java or Scala (Python is a plus)
• Solid understanding of stream processing concepts and event-driven design
• Experience with Kafka Streams, Schema Registry, and message formats (Avro, JSON, Protobuf)
• Knowledge of distributed systems and real-time data architectures
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools for streaming platforms

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for streaming applications
• Familiarity with Spark Streaming or other real-time frameworks
• Understanding of security, access control, and data governance in Kafka ecosystems.
