Job Overview:

The AI Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of artificial intelligence programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation in financial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for AI programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors
  • Generate and communicate program updates, milestones, and potential impacts to senior leadership
  • Partner in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance against established objectives and key results
  • Maintain detailed program documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Work closely with AI specialists and data scientists to understand technical requirements and facilitate successful program implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Finance or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on AI initiatives

Core Competencies:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the AI space
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of the financial services industry, with experience in investment and wealth management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Preferences:

  • Agile and/or SAFe trainings and certifications
  • Experience with a programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, R)

Pay Range: $90,680-$136,020/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
