Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE)

Employment Type: W-2, 1099, C2C

• 7 years of professional experience with C and .NET Framework Core
• Deep understanding of .NET compilation process, IL code and runtime behavior
• Hands‑on experience with Roslyn Microsoft Code Analysis for code generation and analysis
• Proficiency in creating source generators, code analyzers and syntax rewriters
• Strong knowledge of MS Build custom build tasks and .NET SDK
• Experience with Reflection, Expression Trees and dynamic code generation
• Expertise in T4 templates, Razor templating or similar code generation technologies
• Understanding of ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core and modern .NET patterns
• AWS: strong hands‑on experience with AWS services (Kubernetes, EC2, Lambda, RDS, etc.) and cloud architecture
• Problem solving: proven ability to design solutions for complex technical challenges
• Communication: excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder interaction and team leadership
• Good to have:
  Angular experience in developing modern responsive frontend applications

• Lead the design and development of high‑performance applications using C and .NET Core
• Architect and implement secure scalable RESTful APIs
• Drive cloud adoption and optimize deployments on AWS
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and QA teams to deliver quality solutions
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and contribute to technical strategy
