Job OverviewThe Walk Me Builder is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Walk Me solutions that enhance user engagement and adoption of LPL Financial proprietary platforms. This role partners closely with product, design, service, and business stakeholders to develop digital adoption solutions that improve user experiences and support platform utilization. The position requires a strong understanding of Walk Me capabilities, front‑end technologies, user behaviour data, and software development practices to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement Walk Me solutions that improve user engagement and drive adoption of proprietary platforms.
- Create and configure in‑app guidance, automation, and adoption features to support users through complex processes and workflows.
- Analyze user behaviour data and platform insights to identify adoption challenges and optimisation opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Walk Me deployments and integrations.
- Collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, service support, and other stakeholders to define and deliver digital adoption solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of Walk Me initiatives in alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate functionality, usability, and performance of Walk Me implementations.
- Maintain and enhance existing Walk Me content to promote consistency and improve the user experience.
- Document solutions, configurations, test results, and implementation processes.
- Support continuous improvement efforts through analysis, reporting, and solution optimisation.

Requirements- 4+ years of experience building and implementing Walk Me solutions.
- Experience working in a deadline‑driven software development environment.
- Experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with front‑end development frameworks and libraries such as jQuery or Angular.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
- Core Competencies:
Ability to conduct thorough testing to validate functionality, usability, and performance of implemented solutions. - Commitment to maintaining consistency and high‑quality standards across deliverables.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, including documenting test cases, results, and identified issues.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Walk Me certifications.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience highly preferred.
- jQuery experience highly preferred.
- Located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones to support extended West Coast coverage through at least 4:00 PM PT.
Pay Range: $80,752.00 - $ Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
