Lead Solutions Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled JAVA Tech Lead with a strong foundation in Core JAVA to join our dynamic team in Fort Mill. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams, designing robust applications, and delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and effective communication skills to drive project success and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of JAVA-based applications.
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing input on timelines and resource allocation.

Mandatory

Skills:

• Core JAVA programming expertise.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and No
  
  SQL.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on JAVA technologies.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing development teams and projects.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
