On Trac is hiring a Warehouse Yard Coordinator / Dispatcher !

Our Yard Coordinators / Dispatchers play a critical role in the coordination and tracking of the movement of trailers in and out of the yard facility and oversee all movement in the warehouse yard. Yard Coordinators also work with incoming drivers and vendors to ensure smooth traffic flow in and out of the facility.

Location Details: 145 Steele Point Dr., Fort Mill, SC, 29708

Pay: $18.55 - $23.46 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

The Must-Haves

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Or at least one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent of both
• One year of leadership experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

The Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with Vendors/Drivers during check-in and check-out process
• Work with Management and the Yard Team in the unload area to coordinate trailer movement, con gear placement, and ensure proper dock set up.
• Perform thorough yard checks
• Provide reports detailing all inbound/outbound trailer movement
