BILINGUAL Warehouse Night Supervisor

Snelling is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee nightly warehouse load-out operations in a fast-paced delivery and logistics environment. This role is responsible for leading a small warehouse team and ensuring that outbound freight is accurately staged, verified, and loaded onto approximately 40 delivery trucks per night.

This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, distribution-focused setting and understands the importance of accuracy in last-mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct a small warehouse crew during nightly load-out
Coordinate and assist drivers with staging and loading outbound freight
Ensure correct product and freight is loaded onto assigned trucks
Update and maintain nightly load spreadsheets and tracking documents
Verify shipment accuracy and resolve discrepancies before dispatch
Communicate effectively with drivers and warehouse staff
Maintain workflow efficiency and safety standards
Support general warehouse operations (90% warehouse-based role)

Qualifications
Previous warehouse or distribution leadership experience preferred
Experience in shipping, loading, or freight coordination highly preferred
Strong attention to detail - accuracy is critical
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Basic computer skills (spreadsheet updates required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout shift
