Super Chix is looking for reliable and friendly drivers! We proudly deliver our fresh-never frozen chicken across Charlotte and as our business grows we want to grow our driver network! Below are some job requirements and expectations,

• Delivery Execution:Transport food orders in a timely manner, navigating efficiently using GPS, and ensuring food remains fresh and intact.
• Customer Service:Act as the face of the restaurant, providing polite, professional service, handling customer complaints, and verifying order accuracy.
• Safety & Operations:Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices, regardless of weather conditions.
• Payment Handling:Collect payments (cash or card) upon delivery and process them accurately.
• In-Store Duties:Assist with order assembly, packing, and cleaning when not on deliveries.
• Navigation

  Strong knowledge of the local delivery area and proficiency with GPS tools.
• Time Management

  Ability to juggle multiple orders and meet strict delivery windows under pressure.

  Clear verbal communication for interacting with kitchen staff and customers.
