Education Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
- Cell and number formatting
- Basic formulas such as SUM and AVERAGE
- Spreadsheet setup and printing functions
- Familiarity with the Excel user interface
Experience Requirements
- Previous warehouse, inventory control, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment and performing inventory counts is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to meet insurance requirements.
- Commitment to workplace safety, accuracy, and customer service.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform daily equipment inspections.
Job Duties
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound materials accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory control procedures.
- Support internal customers by ensuring adequate stock levels to prevent workflow disruptions.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform required pre-operational equipment checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA-related security practices.
- Deliver responsive, accurate, and professional service to warehouse customers while supporting overall operational efficiency.
