Pay: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support daily warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role serves as a key point of coordination between customers, transportation carriers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and inventory transactions.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Process customer orders, receipts, and order confirmations accurately and efficiently.
- Enter, update, and maintain information within warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with transportation carriers.
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
- Monitor shipment status and communicate updates as needed.
- Process order modifications, returns, and cancellations.
- Investigate and assist with inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and shipping documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment activity, and logistics-related inquiries.
- Assist with driver check-in procedures and shipping paperwork.
- Support warehouse operations and administrative functions as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse administration, inventory control, or customer service.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation processes.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently lift up to 20 pounds.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to move throughout warehouse and office areas as needed.
