Entry Staff Accountant

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Controller and accounting team within a fast‑growing organization. The Staff Accountant will support daily accounting operations while contributing to accurate and timely financial reporting. This role provides broad exposure to core accounting functions and plays an important part in the day‑to‑day activities of the accounting department.

• Perform accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliations, and expense report reviews
• Perform accounts receivable functions, including cash application, customer account maintenance, and bank reconciliations
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities, including preparing journal entries and completing account reconciliations
• Support financial reporting and analysis as directed by the Controller
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and various accounting projects as needed
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support accounting and operational initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 0‑2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred (public or industry)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate ownership of responsibilities
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
