Responsibilities Receptionist (Full-Time) First Equity Mortgage – Fort Mitchell, KY First Equity Mortgage is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and support our Sales & Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and greet office visitors Manage shared inboxes and route inquiries Handle mail, packages, and office supply orders Support loan team with document scanning and file organization Assist with reporting, loan file updates, and administrative tasks Maintain a professional front desk environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1–3 years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred Mortgage, banking, or real estate experience a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills Customer-focused, team-oriented, and detail-driven Why Join Us?
